Zach McVey, DC, DACBN, CSCSThe Warehouse Gym began out of a desire to provide a training environment for people of all fitness levels; athletes, professional competitors and the fitness enthusiasts. Zach has worked as a personal trainer in the commercial setting and found that the environment was not favorable for developing the level of intensity that is needed for an individual to accomplish their goals. Zach likes to think of everyone as an athlete. We are not all professional athletes or even weekend warriors, but we all are in the game of life. Each one of us has daily activities that we engage in, whether it is raising children, working as a manual laborer or an executive who make complicated decisions every day. Some people just want to be able to play with their grandchildren without pain or getting out of breath. What ever your activities are, they can be enhanced and improved by being physically fit and having healthy eating habits. There is not magic pill or powder to get you there, it takes effort. Every person Zach trains is treated individually. Goals are set and a plan is devised to reach their goals. All while being educated on the proper techniques and the purpose behind the exercise as well as how it applies to were you want to be.
Zach has been involved in training individuals and athletes for 14 years. His experience ranges from stay at home mothers, to people with physical handicaps, to national champion athletes. His education experience in ongoing.

PHILOSPHY:The Warehouse Gym is intended for individuals that are serious about improving themselves. All members encourage each other regardless of goals. This drives all individuals to a higher level mentally and physically. Success is the goal and all individuals are pushed to new levels. Our concept is that you and your mind are your only roadblock to success. Everyone's goals are different, The Warehouse Gym has members who train for serious strength and members that just want to tone up. Zach's knowledge of nutrition and chiropractic combined with his personal experience as a competitive powerlifter, holding the NASA lifetime drug free unequipped squat, deadlift and total Texas state records for 198 lbs as well as an amateur strongman create the basis for his concept of health - strongly based upon proper diet and exercise. These are the foundations of a healthy mind and body. It is this that pushes him to help others to constantly push themselves to accomplish great things."My facility is NOT like any fitness facility you have ever experienced. There is no air conditioning. The entrance is large garage doors. All equipment is ground based and functional. The music is loud. Everyone here works hard and has a goal. The only thing I ask is that you have a desire to improve and be willing to take constructive criticism, otherwise known as teaching/coaching. Everyone gives input, it may or may not work for you but the only way to know is to try. If you are working with one of the personal trainers, then you get one-on-one coaching that will get you faster results. It is not our goal here to crush you and show you how hard we can work you. That is destructive and only strokes the egos of weak individuals at your expense. You will be educated and guided to your goal expertly and safely." - Zach McVey
